Cancellations & Refunds
Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.
Returns & Refunds:
- Eligible for return within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, personal care items, customized products, and digital downloads are not eligible for returns.
